Announcing the 100 People Liuqin Challenge

I am excited to announce the launch of The 100 People Liuqin Challenge, a new cultural initiative created to introduce more people to the beauty of traditional Chinese music through the Liuqin.

Over the coming months, I will invite 100 participants from different ages, backgrounds, and cultures to experience the Liuqin for the very first time. Each participant will spend around twenty minutes exploring the instrument, learning a few simple techniques, and discovering the unique sound and story behind one of China’s traditional string instruments.

More than a music lesson, this project is about creating meaningful cultural connections. Every participant brings a new perspective, and every encounter becomes an opportunity to share Chinese musical heritage through personal experience.

The journey has officially begun, and each participant’s story will be documented and shared across my platforms as the project unfolds.
