To commemorate this occasion, the European Philatelic Association, in collaboration with UNPA (United Nations Postal Administration)and postal services of France, the Netherlands, Austria, and other European countries, will globally issue a special set of stamps and a collectible stamp album themed “Salute to the 75th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China and the 40th Anniversary of World Heritage Day”, featuring your portrait and works (including stamps and philatelic items from UNPA, France, the Netherlands, Austria, China, and others—please refer to the sample album for details).
This initiative not only recognizes your outstanding cultural achievements but also highly commends your relentless efforts and contributions to international cultural exchange. At the same time, it serves as a tribute from the world to the 75th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China.
Following the public announcement of the list (pending no objections), the organizing institutions—including the UN World Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Foundation and the European Philatelic Association—will present you with the “Cultural Revival · The Power of China—International Cultural Role Model” trophy and certificate of honor in celebration of the 75th Anniversary of the PRC. This is not only a distinguished honor but also a responsibility and mission, which will further promote Chinese culture globally and contribute to the shared peace and development of humanity!
The Collectible Album will be released in a limited global edition. With approval from the European Philatelic Association Council, selected honorees may apply for a special preferential policy:
